As many players have noticed, our address input system for the Mega Ivis Garapon Collectible Card Campaign is continuing to suffer from a number of bugs. We are in the process of fixing these bugs, and thus have temporarily closed address input for all orders as of 5/15, around 21:00 Server Time. We plan to have address input open again within the next couple days, and will extend the address input deadline as necessary to give everyone ample time to input their addresses.
Unfortunately, the address data that has already been collected for the Mega Ivis Garapon has become mixed and matched between accounts due to the current bugs with the system, so we will need to recollect everyone's address data. Therefore, once we have fixed the system and re-opened address input, we kindly ask that all Mega Ivis Garapon card winners input their address data again from scratch. We're very sorry for the trouble, and will make another announcement here once address input is opened again.
Please note that these bugs have only affected the data from the Mega Ivis Garapon Campaign; all address data from previous collectible card campaigns, (including the Initium Garapon Campaign data, which temporarily disappeared from the website earlier today) is safely backed up in our systems. There is no need to re-enter any address data for non-Mega Ivis Garapon cards.
